Are you looking to host a profitable retreat without the stress of figuring out all the details?

Where NeXt? knows retreats, and we are here to assist you. Where NeXt? is comprised of two companies: Where NeXt? Retreats and Oasis by Where NeXt?. With our experience of running over 50 retreats and Oasis hosting over 60 retreats, we know what we are doing. Let us help you make your dream retreat a reality!


Our Affordable Retreat Planning Package Includes:

  • A 60-minute Retreat Starter Video Call to discover your goals, vision, and strategy so we can create your perfect retreat.
  • Complete customized proposal of the perfect retreat with an hourly timeline of each day.
  • A 30-minute Video Call to review the itinerary and answer any questions you have.
  • Two detailed revisions of your dream retreat in case you want anything changed.
  • Bookings for the final itinerary. Transportation, Excursions, Facilitators, Additional Services, Catering, etc. *You will agree on the cost before we purchase anything for you.

     The Process:

    1. A 60-minute Retreat Starter Video call
      • We will send you a pre-call guideline of things to consider and write down. This call is your time to explain your dream retreat in as little or as much detail as you’d like. You can share specifics, like how much you’d like to make and what you do and don’t want help with.
    2. We start the Planning Process
      • We take your dreams and pair them with our expertise, putting together the perfect retreat with budgets, timelines, and deliverables that are very specific and highly customized to exactly what YOU want.
    3. A 30-minute Video Review Session
      • We will hop on a 2nd video call to review any questions or changes you have on the first version of the retreat. Any revisions will be made after this if needed. After the call, we will go through everything via email.
    4. Marketing and Booking
      • You will put together the marketing and website to start the booking process.
    5. Once you have the retreat participants confirmed, we will book everything for you.
      • After the bookings are done (or 1mo before the start date), we will send you a final invoice. Once you have paid the invoice for the add-on packages, we will finalize all the bookings for the itinerary. Ex: Transportation, Excursions, Facilitators, Additional Services, Catering, etc. *You can book this yourself if you prefer.
      • Once you've finalized the number of participants joining your retreat, we will start the necessary reservation and administrative process for the add-on booking to prevent any under or over-booking situation.
    6. Retreat Time
      • The fun part begins! You show up confident and ready to host a profitable, five-star, memorable retreat that your guests will never forget.
    7. Rinse and Repeat
      • Chances are, you’ll be hooked and want to do it again. You have lifetime access to your retreat plan and can reuse it as often as you’d like.

    Additional Packages Available:

    • $100 per additional revision over the package limit
    • $50 per additional 30-minute Video call over the package limit
