General Terms, Conditions & Policies

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Venue Policy

We kindly ask all clients and organizers to review the following information before making a reservation. These policies are intended to ensure a smooth experience for both organisers and guests. A detailed Booking Agreement will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.

Booking & Payment

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is payable as follows:

  • 40% due 5 months prior to arrival.
  • 30% due 3 months prior to arrival.

All payments made towards the booking are non refundable.

Late payments may incur additional charges. Failure to complete payments within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All bookings are final and non refundable.

Bookings cannot be cancelled, postponed, transferred, or credited towards future dates.

In the event of circumstances beyond anyone's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or transport disruptions, Oasis may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer an alternative date. Any difference in pricing will be payable at the time of rescheduling.

Check In & Check Out

Standard check in is from 2:00 PM.

Standard check out is by 12:00 PM.

Early check in and late check out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Requests should be submitted at least one week prior to arrival.

Venue Use

Oasis is a purpose built retreat venue offering accommodation, hospitality services, and dedicated facilities for wellness retreats, workshops, and group experiences.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, organisers and participants are kindly asked to observe the following:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Parties and events primarily intended for nightlife or entertainment are not permitted.
  • Access to the property is limited to registered overnight guests unless otherwise approved by Oasis Management.
  • Staff only areas, including the kitchen, office, storage rooms, and service areas, are restricted.
  • Guests are expected to respect the venue, neighbouring properties, staff, and the local community throughout their stay.

Meals & Housekeeping

Complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Menu changes should be requested at least one day in advance.

Housekeeping includes linen and towel replacement every four days. Additional changes are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Unlimited filtered drinking water is provided throughout the venue.

Outside beverages are permitted; however, corkage fees apply. Please contact our team for the current rates.

Additional Services

Additional services such as airport transfers, massages, excursions, catering, and other optional experiences may be arranged through Oasis.

Complimentary inclusions may vary depending on your booking period, package, or quotation. The full list of included services and benefits applicable to your reservation will be outlined in your official quotation.

Any additional purchases made during your stay must be settled prior to departure.

Credit card payments are subject to the applicable bank processing fee.

Outside Vendors

Should you wish to engage outside suppliers, including facilitators, photographers, massage therapists, entertainers, decorators, caterers, or transportation providers, Oasis Management must be informed no later than one week before arrival.

Approval is required for all outside vendors, and additional venue or coordination fees may apply.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required prior to check in.

The security deposit will be returned after departure, subject to a property inspection and deduction of any costs arising from damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or unpaid charges incurred during the stay.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Smoking or vaping inside guest rooms or common areas may result in cleaning or restoration charges.

Illegal Drugs

The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the property and notification of the relevant authorities where required by Indonesian law.

Client Responsibilities

Oasis provides a private venue, accommodation, hospitality services, and the agreed booking inclusions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Oasis does not organise, manage, sponsor, endorse, or operate any retreat, event, workshop, itinerary, or activities conducted at the venue.

Clients are responsible for planning their own programme, schedule, and activities throughout their stay.

Oasis is happy to coordinate the logistics of services booked directly through us. Upon request, we may also assist in arranging third party vendors on the client's behalf. Such arrangements are subject to availability, Oasis approval, and may be subject to a coordination or service fee.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the venue, together with any activities, services, guests, facilitators, instructors, or vendors they engage, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licensing requirements, immigration requirements, tax obligations, and governmental requirements in Indonesia.

Oasis does not provide legal, immigration, licensing, tax, or regulatory advice, and is not responsible for verifying or ensuring a client's compliance with applicable laws or governmental requirements. Any consequences arising from a client's failure to comply with such requirements remain the client's sole responsibility.

Limitation of Responsibility

Oasis is not responsible for an organizer's commercial success, guest attendance, retreat sales, travel arrangements, visa matters, business decisions, or any financial losses arising from circumstances outside of Oasis's reasonable control.

Oasis shall not be liable for any disruption, cancellation, or consequences resulting from an organizer's failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, or governmental requirements.

We strongly recommend that organizers independently obtain appropriate travel insurance, event insurance, and any other insurance they consider necessary for themselves and their guests.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
