TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rentals must be booked at the same time.
  • The down payments for all desired weeks must be paid altogether, on the first invoice.
  • The remaining payments would follow the normal payment structure based on the rental dates (Second invoice- 4 months out and Final invoice- 3 months out).
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Discounts are applied only to Regular and High Season.
