  1. Confirm rentals individually throughout the calendar year.
  2. Confirm 3 or more rentals together to receive the applicable discount across every rental in that booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All retreat rental agreements must be signed at the same time.
  • The required initial payment for each retreat must be paid at the same time to qualify for the applicable loyalty discount.
  • Remaining payments will follow our standard payment schedule based on each retreat's check-in date (40% due 5 months prior and the remaining 30% due 3 months prior).
  • If all required agreements are not signed and initial payments are not received together, each booking will be treated as a separate booking transaction and the applicable loyalty discount will be calculated accordingly.
  • All payments are non-refundable and subject to the terms of the Rental Agreement.
