Early Bird Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility Window:
Valid for 30 days from your Booking Confirmation Email (sent once both agreements are signed and the down payment is received).
How It Works:
Use the unique discount code from your confirmation email at checkout within 30 days to receive 10% off the pricing below.
Ordering:
Each package must be purchased per use.
Example 1: Western Buffet for 3 dinners = 3 buffet packages.
Example 2: One massage per guest for the entire retreat = 1 massage package total.
Payment Terms:
20% non-refundable deposit due at purchase (based on 20 guests).
Remaining 80% due 3 weeks before retreat start, adjusted to final guest count.
The 10% discount applies to both the deposit and final payment.
Non-Refundable:
All discounted purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Cancellations/Reschedules:
If the rental booking is cancelled or payment terms are not met, the discounted purchases already made remain non-refundable.

Any Early Bird purchases already made remain non-refundable. Reschedules do not reset the 30-day discount window unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After the 30-day window closes, the code will no longer be valid. You can still order Catering, Goody Bags, or Massages at our standard rates.
